User Roles

Joo.nz offers two user roles to manage team access and permissions effectively: Admin and Agent.

Available Roles

Admin

  • Full workspace management
  • Invite/remove team members
  • Change workspace settings
  • Manage subscription
  • Create/edit URLs
  • Access all analytics
  • Manage custom domains
  • Configure workspace defaults
  • Handle billing and plans

Agent

  • Create and manage URLs
  • View analytics for their URLs
  • Use existing QR configurations
  • Access basic workspace features
  • Use available custom domains

Role Assignment

  • Only Admins can assign roles
  • Users can have different roles in different workspaces
  • The workspace owner is always an Admin
  • Role changes take effect immediately

Note on Plan Limits

  • Free & Starter plans: 1 user only
  • Essential plan: Up to 3 users
  • Premium plan: Unlimited users
