User Roles
Joo.nz offers two user roles to manage team access and permissions effectively: Admin and Agent.
Available Roles
Admin
- Full workspace management
- Invite/remove team members
- Change workspace settings
- Manage subscription
- Create/edit URLs
- Access all analytics
- Manage custom domains
- Configure workspace defaults
- Handle billing and plans
Agent
- Create and manage URLs
- View analytics for their URLs
- Use existing QR configurations
- Access basic workspace features
- Use available custom domains
Role Assignment
- Only Admins can assign roles
- Users can have different roles in different workspaces
- The workspace owner is always an Admin
- Role changes take effect immediately
Note on Plan Limits
- Free & Starter plans: 1 user only
- Essential plan: Up to 3 users
- Premium plan: Unlimited users
