Trial Period

Every new workspace starts with a free trial of our premium features. You'll get full access to all features for your plan's trial period, with no credit card required to start.

Plans & Billing

  • Plans are billed monthly or annually
  • Prices are prorated when you upgrade or downgrade
  • All features remain active until the end of your billing period

Plan Changes

Upgrades

  • Immediate access to new features
  • Prorated charges for remaining period
  • Charged only for the difference

Downgrades

  • Changes take effect immediately
  • Unused portion credited to your account
  • Automatic adjustment of workspace limits

Cancellations

  • Cancel anytime with no penalty
  • Access continues until period ends
  • Auto-cancels at period end
  • No additional charges after cancellation

Proration and Credits

We handle plan changes fairly:

  • Upgrades: Pay only for the time you use higher tier
  • Downgrades: Receive credit for unused time
  • Mid-period changes are automatically prorated
  • Credits automatically apply to future bills

Subscription States

Your subscription can be in one of these states:

  • Active: Current paid subscription
  • Trialing: In trial period
  • Past Due: Payment issue, features still active
  • Canceled: Access until period end
  • Expired: No active subscription

Managing Your Subscription

Access subscription management through:

  1. Dashboard > Settings > Billing
  2. View current plan and usage
  3. Change or cancel subscription
  4. Update payment methods
